reflection
I really enjoyed creating the Professional Learning Plan, as it gave me a clear roadmap for integrating the responsible use of technology in a way that aligns with grade-level standards. One of the most valuable aspects of this plan is that it provides tangible resources that educators can use without having to spend time recreating materials. This makes it easier for teachers to integrate technology effectively and ensures consistency in the classroom. I believe this plan could be a helpful tool for my own school, offering a solid foundation for improving how we use technology in teaching and supporting teachers in their ongoing professional development.
